A table of old and new friends took a personal journey within to discover the spaces and places each wanted to be, physically and emotionally. We all have them. Those days when you just feel 'off'. For me, I know as soon as I wake up. If I have had a fitful sleep full of starts and stops; waking up suddenly with a thought and then drifting off, too hot, too cold, maybe aching somewhere inside. On these mornings, I am off.
