find yourSELF: solo art exhibition
March 10 – 23, 2024 at F1VEart Studio & Gallery in San Diego, CA
Opening Reception Sunday, March 10th, 1-5 pm
Within these landscapes, figures, elements and portraits, my desire is for you to find yourSELF. As you look at each piece, imagine the waters of inspiration flowing over, under and through you. As you interpret each painting, feel the shifting seasons and connect with the energy of life’s constant renewal. Enjoy everyday moments of gratitude, simple acts of kindness and precious sights of awe and wonder in the natural world. Let these paintings bring you closer to your inner SELF.
My hope is that you will find a piece that speaks to you, that you will take it home and make it your own. My hope is that you will find a piece that will inspire you, that will make you smile, make you think, make you feel. My hope is that you find a piece that will make you happy.
I've been working on the paintings for this solo art exhibition over the past few months and have grown to love the personality and charm of each piece. From 12 inches to 70 inches, there are more than 25 new pieces of art gracing the walls!

Curious and creative by nature, I’ve always been inspired by my surroundings. I have an open heart, a playful spirit and a professional certificate in Art and the Creative Process from UCSD. My first timid steps on the path toward living my dream of being an artist were nothing more than a sketchbook and some paints on the kitchen table. I’m more than a decade into connecting the dots of my artist life and understanding more than ever that everything I need is already inside of me and that the universe has my back. I am consistently juried into gallery shows and appear in both public and private collections. I have an art studio in my home and I share an art studio space with a number of local artists. I honor both spaces by painting and creating a variety of work in each. My artist life is filled with the energy of creation as I continue to be curious, creative and inspired by all that is around and within me.
